1. Online Courses Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of your enrollment. No questions asked.
  • Right to Refuse: NeuralNet Academy reserves the right to refuse refunds to any individual who repeatedly enrolls and requests refunds, or for any other reason deemed necessary by NeuralNet Academy.

2. Classroom-Based Courses Refund Policy

  • Initial Payment: A 50% payment is required prior to the start of the course.
  • Full Refund: If after the first session you feel the course isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund of the initial 50% payment.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the course fee is due by the 4th session.
  • No Refunds After the 4th Session: Once the final payment is made, no refunds will be provided.

3. Course Duration and Breaks

  • Our standard classroom-based courses consist of 10 sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours, with a 20-minute break in between.

4. Exceptions

  • NeuralNet Academy reserves the right to modify this refund policy for specific circumstances that may arise and are not covered under this policy. Any such modifications will be communicated directly to the affected individuals.
